I support businesses through structured, controlled data centre exit programmes, from mobilisation and migration planning through to decommissioning and service transition. My experience includes delivering full exit programmes that reduce legacy cost, improve resilience and enable long-term operational ownership in the cloud. 

I deliver AVD and end-user computing transformation programmes, including discovery, design, build, pilot, rollout and stabilisation. This includes replacing legacy virtual desktop platforms, improving user experience, and ensuring solutions are operationally ready for business-as-usual support. 

I help organisations build and strengthen cloud platforms that are secure, resilient and ready for growth. My experience includes disaster recovery delivery, connectivity, operational readiness, monitoring, and the implementation of scalable cloud foundations that support both migration and future modernisation. 

I specialise in stabilising complex or at-risk programmes and putting the right structure, governance and delivery controls in place to move them forward. This includes roadmap planning, RAID management, milestone tracking, supplier coordination, stakeholder reporting and creating confidence in delivery across multi-workstream environments. 

I work across business and technical teams, third-party suppliers and senior stakeholders to ensure programmes are aligned, decisions are made at the right time, and services transition smoothly into BAU. My approach combines structured governance with practical delivery focus, particularly in regulated and multi-vendor environments. 

Alongside migration and transformation delivery, I help identify opportunities to optimise Azure estates through rightsizing, tagging, policy enforcement, removal of orphaned resources and cost-management reporting. The focus is always on practical savings, improved control and a clearer path to longer-term optimisation.
