16 plus years Project management experience acquired in a series of demanding roles within the IT arena.
● 5 plus years solid project management experience in Cloud projects (Azure) ranging from VM/Service/Data migrations, landing zone build and product/policy enablement projects working within large organisations such as HMRC & DWP via Sol-Tec (Microsoft gold partner) and UBDS.
● PMI certified PMP and Professional certified scrum master (PSM1) with excellent understanding of Agile (SCRUM, IBM DAD) and Waterfall software development methodologies.
● Proven track record of delivery in all phases of the IT Project Software development and Infrastructure engineering Lifecycle, from Planning to Implementation as a skilled matrix manager.
● Strategic experience in developing and implementing enterprise level data and technology solutions to deliver strong ROI.
● Proven ability in identifying, assessing and managing risks, communicating with and influencing stake holders (client Managers / Directors).
● Works proactively with the key business stakeholders to determine scope and define business dependencies.
● Ability to produce and manage detailed delivery plan utilising Microsoft Project that will be the base document to define tasks, resources and milestones.
● Dynamic change agent, utilising stakeholder engagement skills to initiate and oversee the delivery of key project milestones, service agreements (SLA’s) and improvements with 3rd party software partners.
