Our Experience
I’m a senior IT Programme/Project Manager who enjoys helping organisations turn complex technology change into something structured, achievable and valuable. With 20+ years in delivery and 9+ years specialising in Microsoft Azure, I have led cloud transformation programmes that have helped organisations modernise legacy estates, improve resilience and successfully exit traditional data-centre environments.
A big part of my recent experience has been leading Azure migration and transformation work across the public sector, financial services and the London Market. At AEGIS London, I led a large-scale cloud transformation to support full data-centre exit, alongside delivery of disaster recovery, connectivity, Azure Virtual Desktop and supplier transition. I’ve also delivered cloud platforms, migration and optimisation initiatives for organisations including Evelyn Partners, HMRC, MoJ and DWP.
What I bring is a calm, practical and delivery-focused approach. I am comfortable working with both technical teams and senior stakeholders, getting to the root of delivery problems, and keeping programmes moving in the right direction. I care about delivering cloud solutions that are not just technically sound, but genuinely useful to the business in terms of resilience, user experience, risk reduction and long-term operational value.
